I regret that I must cancel the Valentines workshop I had scheduled for this coming Saturday, 1/28.  My little one has been quite sick and I have not been able to dedicate the time I needed to create the *great* content I had hoped to share.  My apologies.

The New Catalog Open House is still on for the following week, Saturday, 2/4.  Stay tuned for more information!

a*muse | studio Retiring Product List

I wanted to share with you this hot-off-the-press information from a*muse | studio: the list of PRODUCTS (2011RetiringProductList) retiring from the 2011 Catalog & Inspiration Guide.  This document lists the supplies and papers that will no longer be available once the new catalog is unveiled on February 1st, and is different from the retiring stamp set list (which has already been posted on my blog).

If there's anything on this list that you'd like to add to your crafty stash, I suggest you grab it while you can before it's too late!  Also, I want to point out that ALL colors of the Polka Dot paper (formerly called Kitchen) are retiring. 

Reminder: Retiring Stamp Sets List

I just wanted to remind you about this list (2011 Retiring List) of those stamp sets that will not be returning when the a*muse | studio 2012 Catalog & Inspiration Guide is revealed on February 1st!  These sets are only available while supplies last, and once they're gone, they're gone.  A couple of them are already gone... so if you've got your eye on anything on this list, grab it while you can!

I have just scheduled two new a*muse | studio events, and I'd love to see you at one or both of them!

Valentine's Workshop 

Saturday, 1/28; 2:00-4:30pm in my Arlington, MA home*

For a $20 fee you will make five card projects that you can send to people you kiss AND to people you hug (i.e. friends & family) -- I'll provide a wide selection of sentiments from which you can choose.  RSVP needed at least 24 hours in advance.  Please bring your own detail scissors and flat adhesive (tape runner, double-sided tape, etc.); all other supplies and materials are included with the workshop fee. 

 

2012 Catalog & Inspiration Guide Open House

Saturday, 2/4; 1:00-4:00pm in my Arlington, MA home*

Come see AND play with some of the brand-new products featured in the 2012 Catalog & Inspiration Guide!  Free for all, and no RSVP needed (but I would love to know if you're planning to stop by).  No need to bring anything except yourself.  There will be make & takes and a door prize drawing around 3:00pm.

Joyful Christmas

Popping by my blog tonight to share one of the designs from yesterday's Open House!  Since I have very little time to get my craft on these days, I've been forced to keep my designs simple and quick... which is perhaps a blessing in disguise.  No time to futz or second-guess or debate color choices to the nth degree!

I used two of the images from the "Christmas Joy" set, and stamped with Wasabi and French Roast inks.  Papers are Wasabi, Cranberry, French Roast and Vanilla.  I finished the design with two French Roast pearl stickers.
