One of the new colors featured in a•muse | studio's 2011 Holiday Catalog & Inspiration Guide is a beautiful light gray called Pebble... and I finally used it in a design! (I have been having a torrid love affair with Wasabi, Pebble's sibling, for the past couple of weeks... but I had to move on.)
All three images used in this design are from the new "Snow Crystals" stamp set. I stamped the large snowflake on Pebble cardstock in the coordinating Pebble ink, then quickly applied white embossing powder to the still-wet ink. After I zapped it with a heat tool, I used a Quickie Glue Pen and some diamond glitter to give the flake a touch of sparkle. I stamped the other images with Eucalyptus ink, and then mounted the entire card on a Eucalyptus base. What beautiful colors together!
this is soooo pretty!!! I love the grey color!!! Can't wait to use it myself!!!! Great card!!!!
